At Mirello we want you to receive your shoes with the same comfort you will feel wearing them. Here is all the information about our shipping.
Shipping area
We currently ship only to mainland Spain. We are working to extend our coverage to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and other countries soon.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders! No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
Delivery times
- Order preparation: 3–5 working days
- Delivery: 5–10 working days after preparation
In total, your Mirello order will arrive at your door in approximately 8–15 working days from purchase confirmation.
Times may vary slightly during periods of high demand (sales, special campaigns, holidays).
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Incomplete or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, write to us at support@mirello.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
